At TGC, we are committed to providing you the best possible experience.  As a general contractor, we have the ability to be with you from the time of design on through the entire construction of your building. 

Our company can assist you with all stages of the building process even beyond simply the erection of the steel.  We will handle the site-prep, the foundation work, and of course the permit process.  In addition, TGC can offer custom finish work such as siding, flooring, and any other specific requirements that you may desire.    

If you are interested in a Wedgcor steel building, simply contact us by phone or e-mail.  At that point, we can go over the needs, desires and specific requirements for your project.  Many people ask that we provide a simple price over the phone.  However, we are a custom-design company and one of our primary goals is to ensure that our customers get exactly what they want.  As such, after our initial conversation, we like to go out to the building site, take a look at the land and confirm all necessary information.  We find that this is simply the best way to provide our customers with complete satisfaction. 

One of the great advantages of steel buildings is how quickly they are built.  After your building has been ordered, the steel will be delivered in a matter of weeks.  Upon delivery, with most projects, we can have your building up and functional in a matter of days.         

Step 1: Contact us to discuss needs and dimensions.  (425) 508-1724.

Step 2: We will visit the building site.  We are available 7 days a week.

Step 3: After submitting the specifications to our engineers, we will provide you with an estimate.  This may take a couple days.

Step 4: Upon agreement, we will place the order with Wedgcor.  Engineering and construction of the steel will take between 4 and 6 weeks. 

Step 5: Delivery.  The steel will be delivered to the building site and we will be there to offload and handle the entire process.

Step 6: Construction.  With most of our buildings, we complete the erection in a matter of days, often in as little as 2 days.

*Please note:  TGC is a full service company so we offer all of the above services.  However, for those who simply want to order the steel and have it delivered, we of course offer that as well.  We will do as much or as little as our customers desire.
